Chip & Dip Platter

This chip and dip design is one that I have been making, largely unchanged, for 25 years. It’s thrown on the potter’s wheel as a single piece, allowed to dry slowing, and then trimmed (back on the potter’s wheel) before the handles are added. The chip and dip has become one of our go-to gifts for weddings and housewarming gifts, especially in the Satin White when one isn’t 100% sure what the recipient’s decor and color scheme look like.
